Dietitians On Demand 2025 Year End Awards – YEA!

At Dietitians On Demand, celebrating our dietitians is one of our favorite traditions. This year, we’re excited to once again recognize an outstanding group of professionals who consistently represent Dietitians On Demand with excellence.

In 2025, our consultant dietitians worked more than 253,000 hours. We also found out that 92 percent of our clients would request the same dietitian from us again and 95 percent of our employee dietitians would recommend Dietitians On Demand to a friend or colleague.

Here are the 2025 award winners:

Most Memorable: Denise Chu, RDN

Denise accepted an assignment at a facility that was still under construction, long before its doors officially opened. Through extended delays, shifting timelines, and ongoing approvals, she remained committed and delivered outstanding support for the client.

“I remember the excitement for the beginning of this project and the worthwhile wait,” Denise said. “I became interested in the position because it aligned with my experience in correctional health. It was natural to follow my patients back into the community with resources provided by Dietitians On Demand. I look forward to other future endeavors.”

It Takes Two, Best RD Duo: Paige Pieper, RD, LD and Danielle Rednick, RD, LD

Paige and Danielle met for the first time on a shared travel assignment, and it didn’t take long for the magic to click. What started as a one-time pairing quickly turned into a powerhouse partnership, with the two going on to complete two additional travel contracts together.

Paige said working for DOD has been the perfect opportunity for her to meet and work with other talented RDs. She said consulting tests her skills in new areas of the field and traveling across the world. “I am looking forward to another year of exciting contracts,” Paige said.

Danielle said working with Dietitians On Demand has been an amazing experience over the past 2.5 years.

“It has allowed me to work in acute and outpatient settings, travel the country, provided me with multiple job opportunities, ways to connect with other dietitians, and CEUs/tools to help me feel confident in my next role! Plus, the DOD team is amazing (they always deserve a shoutout)!” said Danielle.

Golden Suitcase: Ladasha Clark, RDN

Ladasha has been on a roll since 2023, completing back-to-back travel assignments with Dietitians On Demand across Texas, Maryland, and Virginia. She’s an exceptional communicator and a true client favorite, consistently earning high praise wherever she goes.

“I enjoy working for Dietitians On Demand immensely because it offers new experiences and opportunities to build my nutrition knowledge,” Ladasha said. “Traveling has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.”

Up For Anything: Liza Aschettino, MS, RD, LDN

With a running total of 7 assignments under her belt since 2023, Liza has worked in a variety of environments, from acute care to behavioral health and the NICU. Liza said she became a dietitian to help others improve their relationship with food, in hopes of bettering both mental and physical health.

“I enjoy working for DOD because they have given me the opportunity to utilize my clinical skills in various areas of expertise,” Liza said.

Best All-Around Dietitian: Mercedes Babin, MS, RD

Mercedes has worked two travel assignments since 2024, each lasting more than 7 months, thanks to repeated requests that her coverage be extended. Clients say Mercedes truly makes herself part of the team, conducts herself professionally, communicates clearly, and shows true compassion for her patients

Mercedes said, “Working with Dietitians On Demand has given me such a unique opportunity to expand my nutrition knowledge, explore new cities, meet amazing patients, and practice alongside incredible dietitians. I am so thankful for my journey and can’t wait to see what is in store for 2026!”

MVRD: Camille Lowery, MCN, RD, LD

Camille has made a reputation for herself as being consistent and dependable. She supported more assignment hours than any other consultant RD this year, working nearly full-time hours as a consultant dietitian in Texas.

“I wanted to become a dietitian so that I could contribute to the treatment of individuals’ acute and chronic illnesses using the influence and power of nutrition on the human body. Working for Dietitians On Demand has allowed me to pursue these exact aspirations of mine for this career path,” Camielle said.

“With DOD being dietitian-founded, I feel valued and well supported in my work as a contract registered dietitian. I am very grateful to work for such a wonderful company,” she added.

Rock Star Rookie: Emily Camp, MS, RDN, LD

Emily is the definition of a Rock Star Rookie. She was placed before she had even taken her RD exam and still managed to stay on top of every responsibility, including studying for and passing the exam. Her work ethic is truly impressive, and she jumped right into a fast-paced hospital setting, earning rave reviews along the way.

“I’ve loved working for Dietitians On Demand because of how supported I felt stepping into my very first RD role,” Emily said. “From day one, the team encouraged my growth, checked in often, and truly made me feel confident in myself.”

Most Special Specialist: Taylor Moyer, RD, LD, CEDS

Taylor joined our Subject Matter Expert team in late 2024 and truly made her mark as our resident expert in eating disorders in 2025! She authored four blogs this year and excellently presented her first live webinar for DOD in October. She’s been a great team player with clear and timely communication, and is always bringing forward new ideas to educate and empower dietitians.

Said Taylor, “To put it simply, I became a dietitian to help people, and I love working for DOD because it allows me to extend that passion and make an even greater impact.

To these nine dietitians, and to every dietitian who lists Dietitians On Demand as their employer in 2025, thank you. We’re incredibly grateful that you chose to do this work with us.
