Job Summary:
Dietitians On Demand is offering an exciting new opportunity for RDs interested in traveling! Traditional travel contracts often lack long-term stability and cause severe financial dips when you take time off. We designed this exclusive 12-month continuous program to give you reliable career stability, unique geographic flexibility, a highly predictable income model, and continuous healthcare benefits.
As a Corporate Travel Dietitian, you will cover a variety of clinical settings and locations nationwide, completing at least three short-term assignments (ranging from 2 to 4 months each) over the course of your contract year.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Total Annual Value: Up to $105,000.00 total compensation package.
  • Weekly Earnings Baseline: $2,000.00 gross per week while on active assignment ($25.00/hour taxable base + $1,000.00 weekly non-taxable travel stipend for qualifying candidates).
  • Protected PTO Weeks: Includes 3 weeks of scheduled time off between assignments. To eliminate the standard industry “pay drop” during vacations, you will receive Taxable Assignment Completion Bonuses totaling $4,000 per year to keep your gross income level while you take time off.
  • Paid Relocation Days: Travel days between assignment cities are considered paid work days. Plus, you will receive a scaled travel stipend to cover your on-the-road transit expenses.
  • Continuous Benefits: Quick eligibility for medical, dental, and vision health insurance, corporate liability insurance, and 401(k) eligibility after one year of continuous employment.
  • Professional Support: Full reimbursement for required state licensures, free continuing education units (CEUs), and complimentary access to the Nutrition Care Manual (Adult & Pediatric).
Key Program Features:
  • Geographic Flexibility: Choice of up to three assignment locations whenever possible, with your geographic preferences in mind
  • Housing Independence: Complete flexibility to source and select your own temporary housing utilizing your generous built-in monthly travel allowances.
  • Schedule: Standard weekdays with potential rotating weekend or holiday shifts depending on individual facility demands.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • At least two (2) years of clinical experience across acute care and long-term care (LTC) settings.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) charting, the Nutrition Care Process (NCP), and writing precise PES statements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding/training at new client facilities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally to urban, rural, or outlying facility assignments.
  • Preferred Skills: Pediatric or dialysis clinical experience or bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Onboarding Requirements:
Candidates must successfully complete a thorough pre-hire screening process, including a phone interview, background check, drug screen, professional reference check, credential verification, and clinical competency assessment. Facility-specific compliance (such as tuberculosis screening, immunization titers, fingerprinting, and specialized onboarding modules) may be required depending on location.

Dietitians On Demand is an equal opportunity employer. Advertised pay rates are subject to regional contract structures, candidate availability, and individual qualifications.
